Abstract : Course Outcomes (CO) and Programme (PO) are the backbone of Outcome Based Education (OBE) their evaluation using a definite established methodology is necessary to track progress effective implementation OBE. The CO, PO attainment levels determine extent which skill/abilities as envisaged vide POs imbibed by students. also provide an insight for corrective actions. A new method determination level presented in this paper. comprehensive unique it takes into consideration varying weightage each course component such Continuous Evaluation (CE), Semester End Examination (SEE), Laboratory Practical Work (LPW). This not only ensures that all assessment components covered but has provision take account effect multiplemapping. allows teacher flexibility frame questions can map with multiple COs. proposed gives individual well class COs, thus allowing more focused root cause analysis calculation based on CO Program Articulation Matrix. criteria deciding actions presented.
